Manpower and Organizational capacity
The Organization has 19 full time competent staff, with varied educational background and experiences. 2 of the staff have master degrees, 12 with first degree and 5 with diplomas and certificates. Their major fields range from sociology/ Community Development, agriculture, economics, Accounts, Business administration, journalism, project planning/management, and public services. There are four government officials working with our organization at District level, 54 Community based Distributors (volunteers in HIV/AIDS related activities), 72 Home based care providers and about 370 volunteers for children’s care projects. There are 4 offices within Tabora Region that are equipped with computers (5 desktops, 6 laptops), 6 printers, 3 photocopy machines, internet services and a reasonable furniture. The organization has 4 motorbikes and two vehicles for support of the ongoing and any other new project.
